No. I do not use WordPress or any other platform that requires constant updates and plugin maintenance to stay secure. Our sites are custom-built from scratch — fast, clean, and not dependent on third-party plugins that can introduce security vulnerabilities. You get a site that just works, without the ongoing headache of keeping an engine running under it.
Because I use AI-assisted building, I can typically have a draft ready for your review within a few business days. Final delivery depends on how quickly revisions are approved, but most projects wrap up within 1–2 weeks.
Mainly just information about your business — what you do, where you're located, photos if you have them, and any specific things you want on the site. I'll guide you through what I need with a simple intake process. If you like, you can provide links to your competition and I'll make sure your website looks better than the others.

Sure, your complete website can be provided to you as a .zip file that you can download and do with as you wish. Websites I build only require your hosting provider to be able to support PHP (which is a very common industry standard). My websites have no database dependencies unless you specifically requested them to be developed and dependent on those extra requirements.
